When you sign up for a plan, you are committing to 6 months of service. We offer a 10% discount if you commit to 12 months of service.

We do not offer refunds, but your credits can roll over for two months and will expire on the third month. For example, if you do not use your service in January, you can utilize it in February or March. This means you can save up credits and use up to 3 service options in one month. Once your form of communication is confirmed, all information will need to be submitted to us by the 20th of the month prior to utilization. For example, if you are using our Starter Plan package and want 2 blogs formatted for the month of August, you will need to turn in your selection with all necessary information by July 20th to ensure your services are delivered to you with excellence and on time.
